FAQ's

  • Do I need an appointment to shop in your boutique?
Yes. We go by appointment so that we can provide each of our brides with our undivided attention. Working with a dedicated stylist allows you to be educated on all of your options, as well as all of the unique services that the boutique has to offer. Please note we do require a credit card on file to book with us and charge a $50 fee if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time.
  • How far in advance should I purchase my wedding gown?
We recommend purchasing your gown about 9-12 months before your wedding. This will allow plenty of time for gown production, shipping, fittings and alterations. Of course, we can always work with the designer to rush a dress for shorter time frames.
  • What is the price range of your gowns?
Our gowns will range in price between $2,000 and $6,000, while the majority of our collection will range from $2,500 to $4,500. Just let us know the range where you feel the most comfortable and we will take care of the rest!
  • How long will my appointment be?
We schedule bridal appointments for an hour and a half. We feel this allows the perfect amount of time to consult with your stylist, try on six to eight dresses and revisit your favorites. If you need more time, we are happy to schedule another appointment. Please arrive 10 minutes early so that you can fill out a brief form prior to starting your appointment.
  • What should I bring with me to my appointment?
We recommend bringing any undergarments that you plan on wearing on your wedding day. While most of our dresses will have enough built-in structure already, it truly comes down to what you are most comfortable with.
  • Is there a limit on how many guests come with me?
Our boutique is small and each bridal suite is set up to feel like an intimate private space. Each suite can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.
  • What if my dress needs alterations?
Alterations are a very important step in the wedding dress process. Nearly all bridal gowns need alterations. While we don't offer alterations in-house, we do have seamstresses we recommend. Call FTO at 402-253-7370 to find out more. Please note: You reserve the right to use the seamstress of your choice.
